  • Shipping delays
  • Customs delays or import duties
  • Lost, delayed, or stolen packages after dispatch

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon transfer to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Returns must be initiated within the specified return period
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law
